Drying loaders combine material drying and conveying into one unit. They are specially suitable for using with bigger tonnage injecdtion moulding machines or vertical injection moulding machines when roof height is limited. SDL series use separate vacuum hopper loader with glass-tube hopper receiver for material conveying. Models SDL-8/12+VL feature venturi loader, compact size and negligible noise level. Features Compact in size for ease of movement and space saving. PID temperature controller accurately controls drying temperature. Stainless steel material hopper ensures no contamination of material. Visible alarm immediately shows emerging troubles. Easy access to hopper tank for the convenience of material changing and cleaning. Close loop conveying system to avoid moisture absorption. Model SDL-8/12+VL features stainless insulated drying hopper, adjustable height of material level sensor, venturi loader and negligible noise level. SDL series combine material drying and one-stage conveying into one unit; 24 hours auto-start timer is available as option. Hopper loader model SAL-900G can be supplied for two-stage conveying on requirement. Optional hot air recycler can save energy consumption up to 40%, and prevent air pollute to the environment. Optional accessories include mobile floor stand, hot air recycler, blower inlet filer, exhaust air filter, cyclone dust separator, magnetic hopper base, hopper magnet, and suction box.
