The ATEC-DC series of Dual-Colour Injection Moulding Machines provides high precision dual-injection with enhanced stability. The machine sizes range from 160 tons to 1060 tons, each equipped with a turning plate or turning axle.

Ours is the first Dual Colour machine to be manufactured in Taiwan, R.O.C., having been in production for more than 10 years. Our patented systems have proven to be reliable and efficient over the long term, producing quality products and satisfying our customers everytime.

1. System memory stores up to 120 sets of moulding parameters, minimizing mould setup time.
2. Automatic diagnostic monitoring system detects malfunctions immediately and accurately, shortening troubleshooting time.
3. Microcomputer control system provides 4-step injection control with adjustable pressure/speed and 3-step holding pressure to meet the most complicated moulding requirements.
4. Special toggle design ensures smooth, fast and stable movement.
5. Low-pressure protection device prevents damage to the mould by disabling high-pressure clamp if the product is not removed from the mould.
6. Toggle pins equipped with oil-less bushings coupled with an automatic lubrication device that provides excellent lubrication efficiency and prolongs machine life.
7. Dual cylinder clamping unit design leads to a shorter machine length, thus saving on factory space.
8. Toggle mechanism has a much longer clamping stroke than traditional toggle machines due to repositioning of clamping cylinder.
9. Lumped hydraulic circuit reduces power consumption and noise. Exposed hydraulic circuit makes maintenance easier.
10. High L/D rate enhances the mixing of thermoplastic.
11. Optional (patented) four-cylinder injection system increases injection pressure by 30%.
12. Depending on customers' requirements, dual circuit system, closed loop on injection unit, accumulator and remote computer control are available upon request.
13. Machine parts are machined by imported Japanese machining equipment, and rigorously inspected by 3D measuring devices to ensure superior quality and accuracy.
